PLEASE read carefully and be sure to SUBMIT ONE FORM PER CHILD.

1. Children who turn 4 by Sept 1, 2026 through students who completed 8th grade in 2026 are welcome.

2. VBS Dates are Monday-Friday, June 1-5 from 9:00-11:30 am at East Bend Church (702 CR 3300 N, Fisher).

3. We will be hosting a closing program on Friday, June 5th at 7:00 pm at EBC for the VBS students and their families and friends.

4. We are looking forward to a GREAT week! Please feel free to text Megan Hansens at 217-898-9039 with any questions about the registration form.
